What's new?

The robot ship has finally been redone and now consists of 4 levels filled with robots and treasures. The key which opens the portal to the ship can be found in mining treasures.

New pistols seem great but ammo is a real pain to get so they are not going to be a common thing among hunters. They will definetely become a game changer due to high DPS and new damage types. I can only suggest filling robot loot with energy cells instead of common ammo components to ease the ammo crisis a bit.

VU also has some nice fixes and addons for Final Battle and society management related to PVP.

VU 0.6.6.4 Release notes (22th Oct 2017)

New:

  • pion_client.exe can now detect and switch between 32 and 64 bit client setup.
  • the launch.ini file can be used to force DX9 if have peformance problems with DX11
  • community leader can add enemies/allies from the selected community´s home page
  • slider under color correction to tweak the lightness a bit
  • datetime added to community tax payout message
  • a fresh batch of items, both looted and craftable
  • weapons dealing radiation and electric damage
  • oddly shaped devices can be found which allegedly open a doorway to the robot alien ship

Fixes:

  • glitch where a crouched avatar could break through the roof by standing up
  • glitch that could be abused to keep the facility final battle running
  • a couple of shader issues identified in output logs from user (bug-) reports

Changes:

  • item value now always includes 2 decimals (per user request)
  • energy cells have been reversed engineered and recipes are publicly available
  • skills were given more impact on production (by popular demand)
  • the hack tool window will now be closed when changing tool/weapon
  • skill progress is added to pve calculation for critical hit chance and damage output
